Upon receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, Team21 will send the customer a confirmation of receipt and the communication of all the details to the email address indicated to proceed with the return of the product following the withdrawal.

With Decocasashop.it you can return your order for any reason, even simply because you don’t like it. We want to make your home the most beautiful of all: if an item does not enhance it, you are free to return it to us

However, in the return procedure, we ask you to indicate the motivation and any useful detail for us: we will need it to improve ourselves or to intervene on suppliers.

The items to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received, properly packaged.

In the event that the original box is not available, the customer must return the product properly packaged. If you want to return an item that is not defective or not delivered damaged, the product must be returned in a state of substantial integrity (clean, free of scratches, damage, dents, abrasions).

The return costs will be borne by Decocasashop.it, provided that the return is made in accordance with our return policies.
In cases where the customer proceeds with the return using a carrier of their choice, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Decocasashop undertakes to make the refund within 30 days from the date on which it will be informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial purchase, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and on condition that he does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement.

Decocasashop reserves the right, however, to withhold the refund until it has received the goods whose shipment has been organized and put in place by the customer or until the customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for these products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

The purchased products must be returned complete with accessories and in their original packaging.
